Rejuvenator is an organic, plant extracted vitamin and mineral supplement. It contains kidney, liver and bowel support herbs, along with a prebiotic and fermented Co-Enzyme Q10.
35 patients have completed 6 months on Rejuvenator XtraHealth to 30 April 2008. Patients continue to be recruited and blood results collated as they become available. The focus of the trial is on changes in the following blood parameters:
• Liver function – ALT, AST GGT ALP levels
• Kidney Function – eGFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate), Creatinine and Urea levels
• Homocysteine Levels
• Cholesterol levels – Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL and LDL
• Fasting Blood Glucose Levels
• Zinc levels – determined by Zinc Taste Test, Red Cell Zinc and Serum Zinc
• Iron Stores – Serum Iron, Ferritin, Transferrin Saturation, Total Iron Binding Capacity
